Cnc production machinist — Morgan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Morgan County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy machine shop. On a typical shift you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
