Automotive paint technician — Muskingum County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Muskingum County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
