Scullery hand • Albany County, Wyoming

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Albany County, Wyoming. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
