Vacancy available: shuttering and concrete hand (Kano State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Garko, Kano State. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods On the job you will handle: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦70,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
