Powder coating sprayer wanted in Champaign County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Champaign County, Ohio. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
