Frame straightening technician — Shropshire

Join our team: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Shropshire, England. The job is at a paint and panel shop. What we are looking for: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Your main tasks: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place Pay around £2,450 per month, based on your experience.
