Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
