Now hiring: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Montgomery County, Virginia. You will work in a paint and spray workshop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage You will strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; sand and fill walls before applying primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; measure up and work out paint and material quantities. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
