Tracked excavator operator • Clinton County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Clinton County, Missouri. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. Day to day you will excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport. Requirements: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Part-time with flexible hours.
