Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Putnam County, Indiana. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
