Immediate opening: paint and prep technician (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Montague County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Performance bonus on top of base pay.
