Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Franklin County, Alabama. The job is in a fabrication and glazing factory. You should have: • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles The role involves anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws. We offer $25 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
