Powder coating operator wanted in Lincolnshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Lincolnshire, England. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
