Short order cook wanted in Pike County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Pike County, Mississippi. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts.
