Great opportunity: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Somerset County, Maryland. You will be based in a five-star hotel. The role involves pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Full-time, day shift.
