Aluminium door and window fabricator — Stafford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Stafford County, Kansas. You will be based on a residential building site. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes On a typical shift you will erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
