Immediate opening: cook (Louisiana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Bossier Parish, Louisiana. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
