Vacancy available: short order cook (Oklahoma)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Ellis County, Oklahoma. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off.
