Great opportunity: we are hiring a shopfront glazier in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. You will work at a busy glazing workshop. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift Day to day you will grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead.
