Vacancy available: we are hiring a dogger in Dutchess County, New York. The job is at a shipyard. On the job you will handle: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites 6+ years on the tools preferred.
