We are recruiting: we are hiring a cement mason in Trousdale County, Tennessee. You will work on a road and bridge project. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
