Immediate opening: we are hiring a fast-fit technician in Hampton County, South Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies Ideal candidate: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly Six days a week, one day off.
