Cold room technician wanted in Upson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cold room technician in Upson County, Georgia. You will be based in an HVAC service company. Your main tasks: • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
