Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service 6+ years on the tools preferred.
