Dish pit attendant wanted in Milwaukee County

Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
