Urgent requirement: coating plant operator (Iowa)

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Carroll County, Iowa. Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Six days a week, one day off.
