Lathe operator • Ellis County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Ellis County, Kansas. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage On the job you will handle: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
