Urgent requirement: cake decorator (Northern Ireland)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in City of Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards £3,150 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
