Steel fixer wanted in Jack County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steel fixer in Jack County, Texas. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. You should have: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules On a typical shift you will lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
