Reinforcement steel fixer wanted in Inverclyde

Immediate opening: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Inverclyde, Scotland. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations The role involves lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; assemble column and beam cages on the bench. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
