Powder coating sprayer wanted in Aurora County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Aurora County, South Dakota. The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Overtime paid at a premium rate.
