Lift technician wanted in West Berkshire

Join our team: we are hiring a lift technician in West Berkshire, England. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. On a typical shift you will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
