Kitchenhand wanted in Juneau City and Borough

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Juneau City and Borough, Alaska. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 3+ years on the tools preferred.
