Rebar worker — Northampton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar worker in Northampton County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
