Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Spencer County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time with occasional weekends.
