Fire and safety officer wanted in Newcastle upon Tyne

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. You will work on a high-rise building project. The role involves: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Full-time with occasional weekends.
