Head baker wanted in Jewell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Jewell County, Kansas. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
