Room service attendant — Rappahannock County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a room service attendant in Rappahannock County, Virginia. The job is at a banquet hall. Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; clear and reset tables between covers. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
