Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Rapides Parish, Louisiana. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
