The role involves: • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Six days a week, one day off.
