Stainless steel welder • Kandiyohi County, Minnesota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota. Day to day you will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
