Health and safety supervisor • Ona Ara, Oyo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Ona Ara, Oyo State. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Your main tasks: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
