Fabrication workshop technician wanted in Jenkins County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Jenkins County, Georgia. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges The role involves: • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash Rotating shifts.
