Captain waiter — Rains County

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Rains County, Texas. The job is in a café. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On the job you will handle: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Full-time with occasional weekends.
