Food and beverage server • Waupaca County, Wisconsin

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Waupaca County, Wisconsin. You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; clear and reset tables between covers; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
