Powder coating technician wanted in Esit Eket

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts. We offer ₦9,500 per day plus benefits.
