What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage On the job you will handle: • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection 5+ years on the tools preferred.
