Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
