Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding labourer in Sussex County, Virginia. The role involves: • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner Ideal candidate: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold 2+ years on the tools preferred.
