We are recruiting: we are hiring a smash repairer in Enugu East, Enugu State. You will work in a smash repair workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray You should have: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop 4+ years on the tools preferred.
